某顶级奢侈品牌零售经理Retail Manager
Mission
Under the supervision of the XXX Managing Director, to define and implement the regional marketing strategy based on the international guidelines, as well as to follow up and perform with the boutique network and with the regional retail development.
Marketing: Areas of responsibilities and key tasks
- Define regional marketing strategy with country specific adaptation with local team in line with - international guidelines and considering the marketing strategy in China
- In charge of local event
- Define and implement boutique marketing plans
- Coordinate with the Brand PR & Communications Manager concerning media plans and PR activities
- Manage and control marketing budgets and Capex investment
- Produce reports to headquarters of monthly marketing activities
- Provide team regularly with competitor benchmarking information (events, actions etc.)
- Follow up and analyse effectiveness and efficiency of product launches
- Special projects:
Work closely with Managing Director on any specific temporary projects
Coordinate business plan and business review preparation with brand managers and operations manager
Retail: Areas of responsibilities and key tasks
The Retail Manager is in charge of the development and the performance of the brand under his/her responsibility, for China.
- Definition of the short and middle term strategy for the territory, in accordance with the brand's strategic objectives
- Setting up and implementation of this strategy and the realization of the objectives outlined in the annual business plan (qualitative and quantitative objectives)
- Organization and management of structures working for the retail dpt
- Responsible for Boutique P/L
- Attainment of annual quantitative and qualitative brand objectives ( image, quality of the distribution network)
- Establish sales objectives and sales margin
- Define commercial policy and Customer service policy
- Operational implementation of annual action plan per country and per Boutique.
- Maintain close control over new retail opportunities
- Develop close relationship with the key players within the trade and with VIP collectors
- Administer an efficient information flow between brand and market; inform the Managing Director and transmit monthly activity reports to the brand.
Profile:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Approx. 5 years management with regional exposure in luxury goods or FMCG marketing, preferably in the watch industry
High flexibility, independent working style, creative, hard worker. Good organisation skills
Must be comfortable with frequent travel in support of markets
Fluent in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
