Job Description

1. General Administration work for plant manager处理总经理的行政工作
2. Handle telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mails 负责接打电话以及发入和发出的邮件
3. Organize meeting schedule and other commercial events (visit, conference etc.)组织会议以及安排其他商务性事务（来访，会议等等）
4. Make business travel related arrangements处理安排出差相关问题
5. Documents and presentation preparation and filing 文档文件准备及归档
6. Translate in meeting eg. with customers or governors 为客户方或主管方做会议翻译
7. Other assignments given by to plant manager 其他总经理安排的工作
8. Work closely with related dept members, well communicate with related locations and lead plants and central depts.与业务部门保持良好工作关系，并与主厂及重要部门保持良好沟通 ？？？

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree above majored in business related. Fluent English 本科或以上学历，商务相关专业，英语流利
2. Skillful in MS software (Word, Excel, PPT) and computer knowledge 熟练使用office办公软件
3. Analytical and structural, systematic and logical, creative and influential 善于分析，具有系统性、逻辑性思维能力，具有创造性以及影响力
4. Strong communication and cooperation, positive and initiative 善于沟通与合作，工作积极主动
5. Preferred two years work experience in admin 有两年行政工作经验优先
