Overall Objective of the Role

- The position is reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in regional office with dotted line to Head of China to compile Country standard reports for the business unit/Country and for the Asia Pacific management of the Company. Also the job holder should work closely with other finance teams to receive/retrieve and consolidate data to regional level and ensure data integrity in reporting.




Key Accountabilities

· Lead the month-end closing process for revenue and expense lines; identify any abnormal trend / analysis toward revenue and direct costs to ensure it has been rectified during month end closing process.

· Prepare, modify and recommend financial/ non-financial metrics to monitor the business performance

· Prepare annual budget

· Prepare financial modeling, projection and forecasting

· Coordinate with various stakeholder in order to perform accurate revenue and direct costs in forecasting and planning process

· Carry out products revenue and margin analysis to support commercial team in re-pricing negotiation with customer. Participate in re-pricing project

· Participate in financial projects; and ad-hoc assignments

· Assist in internal investment approval process for country, preparing supporting documents

· Participate in business cases on business proposals, building up of financial and business model to support different ad hoc projects




Experience/Knowledge Requirements

· University graduates with degree in statistic and/or finance

· Minimum 3 years experience in finance or accounting in international company

· Experience and exposure in payment industry will be an added assets

· Possess strong analytical and logical skill and business senses

· Ability to work independently

· Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers

· Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks

· Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Knowledge of MS Access is preferred
