工作职责：

1. 负责集团IT项目的采购工作，保证采购业务按公司制度要求执行，检查合同的执行和落实情况；
2. 负责IT资产采购工作，根据业务需求购买相应的IT资产，编制年度采购计划，执行采购策略；
3. 负责供应商管理工作，对软件、服务器等供应商建立相应质量标准，维护合作关系，确保供应商能力能满足公司业务需求；
4. 负责IT资产全生命周期（入库、申领、调拨、盘点、报废等）管理工作；
5. 负责IT资产管理、采购管理相关流程、制度建设。

任职资格:

1. 本科以上学历，计算机科学与技术或信息技术专业，有IT/互联网行业或大型集团采购工作背景者优先；
2. 对采购过程管理有清晰的认知，熟悉采购运作及管理，具有独立管理重大采购项目的经验；
3. 具备良好的职业道德，对企业的忠诚度与正确的价值观；
4. 具备良好的组织协调和沟通能力、学习能力和团队合作精神强，具有敬业、吃苦精神，具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
