Report to Supply Chain Manager, and mainly in charge of the purchasing of engineering, machine, maintenance/repairing, renovation and contract services which aim to the factory running.

职位隶属于供应链管理部，主要负责工厂运转所需工程、设备、维护/维修、改造、外包服务等的采购。

1. This position requires the close communication and coordination with engineering department and manufacturing department, at the same time give them the efficient and sufficient support.

职位要求与工程部/设备部/生产部以及其他需求部门紧密沟通，并提供必要支持。

2. Get a clear picture of the purchase requirement through the timely communication with the applicant department, and then initiate the sourcing, supplier screening and purchasing accordingly.

正确了解采购需求，能够有的放矢的开展供应商开发、筛选和采购工作。

3. Conduct the market research, and collect the supplier’s information at the same time which include but not limited to specification, quotation, certificates. Summarize all the information and recommend the suitable supplier to the requester.

根据采购需求进行市场开发和调研，收集供应商信息（规格、报价、资质等），并进行初级的供应商筛选后，提交可供选择的供应商信息汇总以及合理的意见和建议。

4. Negotiate the contract terms with the designated supplier, review the contract and confirm the specification both internally and externally. Handle the purchasing based on working procedure.

负责与选定供应商的谈判以及合同条款的审核，确认质量标准，按照采购流程进行采购。

5. Set up and/or update the vendor master list in a timely manner. Meanwhile be responsible for the supplier management and supplier quality annual review.

建立/完善合格供应商列表，实施对供应商的管理和考核，开展供应商年度质量回顾。

6. Closely follow-up with the market and know well about the supplier profile to grasp the sense of potential supply risk. Raise the action plan to achieve the total cost improvement.

了解市场变化，跟踪市场行情，熟悉供应商分布，以总成本改进为目的提出供应商优化方案。

Requirements/要求

1. Major in Chemistry Engineering is preferable. 化学工程专业优先。

2. 5+ years of sourcing experience in engineering, equipments, lab-use devices and commodities in pharmaceutical/chemical industry. Chemical or pharmaceutical product manufacturing experience is a plus.

五年以上药厂或化工厂工程、设备、仪器等的采购经验。
3. Can-do attitude and detail-orientation ability to analyze strategic options. Be able to address the supplier’s direct and indirect impact on the organization.

脚踏实地的工作态度，关注细节，能够敏锐察觉供应链的潜在风险。

4. Problem-solving skills and team work spirit. Good communication techniques in cross-functional communication and external negotiation.

良好的团队合作精神以及解决问题的能力；同时具备良好的内部沟通和外部谈判能力。
