RESPONSABILITIES
- Conduct EH &S introduction and training to new starters to the project, including company staff and contractors' workers so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, safe work practices, and procedures.
面向公司员工和承包商的工人导入EHS 介绍和培训, 以确保他们都符合安全要求、安全工作实践和流程。
- Establish procedures and guidelines in following fields: wastage, fire, evacuation, safety laboratory and production。
在废料管理/消防/排弃物、安全实验和生产等领域建立流程和制度。
- Identify needs, manage and arrange training in related EH&S fields
在EHS相关领域鉴别需求、管理和实施培训。
- File EH &S performance reports, and other EH &S reports as required by project
按项目对EHS实施报告和其他EHS文档进行归档
- Assist in facilitating and/or conducting accident/incident investigations.
在设施配置和事故调查中提供协助
- Verify and update all required EH &S postings, warnings and signs applicable to the project work/hazards.
应项目工作或危害就EHS公示、警示和标示提供验证和更新
- Verify that all personnel who must enter controlled areas are qualified to do so.
检验进入控制区域的人员的必要性
- Verify that emergency numbers, including physicians and hospital locations, are valid and posted, and these emergency services have access to the field site.
验证紧急措施有效，确认 救助和医疗地址，以及确保这些紧急服务可达现场。
- Prevent and correct safety and health issues through job safety / risk analysis.
从工作安全/风险分析方面预防修正安全医疗事宜，进行风险分析。
- Collect and report safety performance data and statistics.
收集报告安全的实施数据和统计数。
- Establish construction safety training requirements and training materials.
筹建安全培训要求和培训物品。
- Ensuring contractors and workers maintain safety awareness at all times.
确保承包商和工人始终保持安全意识。
- Implementing safety programs for the project.
执行项目安全程序。
- Ensure contracts application respect (sanitation, cleaning, green spaces, wastage, security)
确保合同实施遵循实施各方面（卫生、清洁、绿色区域、废物、安保）。
- Develop indicators and monitor performance, implement preventive and corrective actions through training Manage and maintain systems of prevention and control intervention against fire (sprinkler, fire detection, fire extinguisher, ...)
开发识别卡，监控实施，通过培训经理和维持系统来对消防展开预案控制，预防纠正干扰消防因素（火星，火宅检测，灭火器…）
- Guarantee compliance relating to periodicals regulatory inspection (boiler, pressure vessel, forklift, elevator, )
确保周期性常规检查（锅炉，压力容器，电梯等）设施随时可用。
- Manage human and material resources to ensure site security (guards, CCTV).
管理人力物力确保场所安全（保安，闭路电视）。
- Optimize and maintain the wastage management system of the plant (waste, solid, liquid, gas, noise)
优化维护工厂废物管理系统（废品，固体，液体，气体，噪声）
- Regular watch of new environmental requirement in China
中国环境法规的常规核查.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
任职资格和要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above in engineering background
工程背景本科或以上学历
2. Safety License holders are preferred
获得安全执照者优先
3. Minimum 3 years working experience in safety engineering
至少3年以上安全工程工作经验
4. Native Chinese mandatory, proficiency of English both oral and written, French is a plus
汉语为母语，英语口语书面熟练，会法语优先
5. Multinational company or JV company experiences are preferred, from Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Food Manufacturing , Cosmetics industries.
跨国公司或合资企业工作经验优先，来自制药、化工、食品制造和化妆品行业。
6. Be familiar with national and international ES&H standards and regulations
熟悉国内国际EHS标准和法规。
