? Assist the purchasing on packaging materials, in-direct production materials, and other required purchasing request.
协助开展包材采购、非直接生产物料采购以及其他指定品类的采购。
? Generate the purchase order; confirm the delivery time and purchasing items with the vendor. Following the purchase order status, contact the vendor to ensure the on-time delivery.
根据需求下达采购订单、确认到货期和采购条款，跟踪订单执行情况和发货、到货状态。
? During the purchasing process, if there is any deviations happened, report directly to the manager, and assist to solve it.
对于订单执行过程中发现的问题及时汇报，并协助解决。
? Monthly PO summary and work report.
月度采购汇总以及工作汇报。

Requirements/要求
? College degree and above大专以上学历
? One year purchasing experience is preferable. 最好具有一年采购经验。
? Good at internal and external communication. 具备很好的对内对外沟通能力。
? Fast-learning capability and details-orientation. Must work carefully and dedicated. 能够快速学习并关注细节，工作认真负责。
