Assist the purchasing on packaging materials, in-direct production materials, and other required purchasing request.
协助开展包材采购、非直接生产物料采购以及其他指定品类的采购。
Generate the purchase order; confirm the delivery time and purchasing items with the vendor. Following the purchase order status, contact the vendor to ensure the on-time delivery.
根据需求下达采购订单、确认到货期和采购条款，跟踪订单执行情况和发货、到货状态。
During the purchasing process, if there is any deviations happened, report directly to the manager, and assist to solve it.
对于订单执行过程中发现的问题及时汇报，并协助解决。
Monthly PO summary and work report.
月度采购汇总以及工作汇报。

Requirements/要求
College degree and above大专以上学历
Good at internal and external communication. 具备很好的对内对外沟通能力。
Fast-learning capability and details-orientation. Must work carefully and dedicated. 能够快速学习并关注细节，工作认真负责。
