职位描述
I. Main Responsibilities
Ensure/Do
Project Activities :
- Technical implementation on challenging objectives: requirement clarification, design, development, validation and integration on Digital Security technology.
- Drive for realistic commitments, find the best solution to optimize these commitments and commit himself/herself on them.
- Deliver project at cost, on time, to scope and to quality.
- Provide proposals and support to marketing, sales and customer, work closely with marketing and sales to drive the project a success.
- Drive and follow up outsourced sub-projects closely to make a smoothly integration in the project.
- Create test plan, implementation and execution test campaign while tracking bugs.
- Initiate and implement relative activities such as the improvement of work methods and exchanges between various projects.
- Ensure that the company's development methodology is applied (eg. Cycles, rules, procedures).
- Give regular and clear status on his/her project (schedule, progress).
Participate to Innovation :
- Propose concepts which can be patented or be attractive to the customer.
- Recommend suggestions to improve quality, efficiency and security.
- Report any identified competition and customer innovations to technical and hierarchical management.
People interaction :
- Teamwork.
- Communicate ideas & experiences with peers, technical and hierarchical management.
Measures of Success :
- Quality of the delivery meets customer satisfaction and project needs.
- On time, at cost and to specification delivery.
- Positive feedback from project team, partner and customer.
Other tasks:
- Other assignments from team manager / project leader.
Participate
- Participate in specification writing if experimented.
- Participate in high level design.

III. Required qualities and skills
- At least 2 years programming experience in Java, C, C++ or C#.
- Knowledge on smart card or embedded software development & validation is preferred.
- Experience of application programming on Windows and Linux is a plus.
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English.
- Team work spirit and sense of responsibility.
- Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent is required.
