IPR Assistant Manager/知识产权助理经理（集团总部）

  

Typical Responsibilities:

1. Responsibility for planning, allocation and coordination of activities or other tasks in relation to the IP function.
2. Conduct IP assignment/license record at IP Offices, MOFCOM registration at local MOFCOM authorities.
3. Participation in analyses and decisions in regard to function, finances and timetables for potential solutions, e.g. freedom to operate studies and portfolio analyses.
4. Assist in collecting company's evidence for IP prosecution and disputes matters;
5. Assist with budget and action plans.
6. Personnel management of own group.
7. Perform complex special tasks.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in law/intellectual property law from a well-reputed Chinese university.
2. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of all patenting aspects are required. Knowledge within one or more of the following areas will be regarded as an advantage: trademarks, ant counterfeit, copyright.
3. Excellent skills within patent drafting and prosecution and basic knowledge of international patent systems are required.
4. Chinese patent attorney qualifications.
5. Excellent skills in written and spoken Chinese and English.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
