Legal Manager/法务经理-FMCG行业经验优先

工作职责：

  1.搜集国家各类法律法规，为公司的日常经营活动提供有效的法律依据；

  2.为公司高层领导提供政策法律方面的决策建议，并就具体事务落实执行；

  3.作为公司的代表及时与特聘法律顾问进行沟通，确保公司的各项经营活动合乎法律的规定；

  4.代表公司负责处理经营活动中遇到的法律纠纷；

  5.能独立胜任法务策划、起草文书、涉诉代理等工作；

  6.审核公司所有合同/协议；

  7.为子公司的经营提供有效的法律支援。

  

  

任职要求：

  1.大学本科及以上学历，四年以上担任企业法律事务工作经历；

  2.法律相关专业，通过司法考试或有律师执业证优先考虑；

  3. 熟悉经济法、广告法、公司法等企业相关法律法规及政策；

  4.良好的表达能力与沟通协调能力。
