职位描述
Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for developing and leading Reengineering engagements in Asia (Japan, China).And will have direct responsibility in end-end client engagements, driving growth as well delivering value to the clients. Key facets of the role will include:
1.Stakeholder Relationship
? Manage relationship with client stakeholders and work with them to discuss engagement progress,solicit feedback and explore scope for further opportunities.
2.Project Delivery
? Lead, mentor and execute reengineering projects by deploying lean/six sigma and BPMS methodologies.
? Supervise project teams, provide project management support.
? Manage client expectations & take action in case of slippages.
? Review project progress on a regular basis
? Review key deliverables before they are presented to the client
3.Increase Sales
? Lead proposal creation including effort estimates for project work
? Lead pre-sales / post-sales support & development of collaterals
4.Build Capability
? Train, mentor & up-skill Genpact operations teams on consulting engagements
The position would be reporting to the BPR Lead in Asia.
Candidates will be based out of client location for delivery work. Will involve intensive traveling within Asia/global depending on language skill.
Requirements:
1. Exposure to Specific Industries e.g-Pharma / Life Science, Manufacturing/Auto,Logistics, Insurance, Software etc ( 10 - 15 yrs) (any one required)
2. Exposure to Specific Functional Areas-Customer Service,AR ,Accounting ,FP&A ,OTC,HR etc ( Minimum 3 yrs )(preferred)
3.Consulting project experience in Large Corporations( Minimum 5-7 yrs) (preferred)
Desired Skills & Experience
1.In depth Exposure /Certification in Lean,Six sigma or any other Quality tools (Black Belt or higher Certification preferred)
2.Project Management Certification (preferred)
3.English (required); Native Level Japanese required for Jpn role, Native level Mandarin or Cantonese required for China assignments

9.Software skills-MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project), Visio, etc
10.Global Citizen-Must be comfortable working in a global environment as colleagues and clients will come from multiple cultural and country backgrounds.
