销售总监(医药行业)—有CRO公司对药企销售经验优先

工作职位：

1. 负责公司国内外业务的开发及拓展，完成公司制定的年度指标，并开拓新的业务模式；
2. 管理并维护商务发展部门团队的发展；
3. 完成区域内指定大客户的开发与维护，能够给客户提供相应的售前与售后支持，协助并支持销售、市场、技术等产品推广工作；
4. 为市场和商务推广活动提供支持，积极高效的组织展会、讲座等推广活动，主动的收集终端客户、竞争对手情况等信息并及时反馈；
5. 协助申办方对将来潜在项目的选定试验中心、研究者并制定试验预算进行初步考查；
6. 参与审阅所有项目进行中质量控制与进展报告，浏览本部门所有与研究相关的沟通邮件；
7. 作为的主要对外代表及时向客户传递公司和本行业的重要信息，培养并保持与中心及客户的良好关系；
8. 负责商务拓展部门规定范围的日常培训组织管理工作。

职位要求：

1. 医药学相关学科，硕士及以上学历；
2. 具有3年以上在CRO公司或外资制药企业相关销售经验，至少1年以上商务拓展合同谈判经验，有成功签约经验；
3. 有相关本行业国内外人脉关系基础，有商务拓展与客户关系网络；
4. 英语听说读写良好，能独立查阅有关文献资料，能撰写基于项目的英文往来邮件；
5. 具有与不同类型客户进行交往并建立良好关系的能力，善于进行活跃而积极的沟通；
6. 有领导团队的能力；善于跨部门协调与协作。
