As the IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the provision, maintenance and support of appropriate and efficient front and back office systems and infrastructure, including communications to properly support the business.



You will be accountable for effective systems administration and support and for preserving the integrity of bank-wide systems in accordance with policies and procedures. The eager innovator in you will identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational procedures. Additionally you will assist with the development and testing of country Disaster Recovery Plan/Business Continuity Plan (DRP/BCP).



Qualifications:



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with IT System delivery/support including an understanding of IT Project management with a sound knowledge of banking systems, such like CNAPS, regulatory reporting, Dealing system and etc. Good written and oral communication, planning, problem solving and task organizing skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service make you the perfect candidate for this role. Though not mandatory, a graduate degree in IT or project management adds value to your candidature.
