Establish strong working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their current and future needs.Client welcoming and briefing ANZ service and product where necessary;

Immediate escalation of any transactions or situations that senior management should be reasonably aware of such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result in a loss to ANZ

Cross sell of retail and other bank products and services where necessary

Ensure compliance with relevant
ANZ internal policies and procedures
PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations, policies and procedures
Understand and maintain a knowledge of ANZ systems
Take on relief duties for colleagues when required

Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese) on customer related issues
A degree in accounting/finance is preferred
At least one year experience as bank teller

Professional and proactive customer services attitude and Professional and neat personal presentation
Familiarity with basic consumer and corporate transactional banking products and services
Technical competency in processing PBB type transactions
Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite of software products.
