Marketing Project Officer [Job Code: CHI000001]

Job Responsibility

Work with Marketing Project Manager in project plan development and initiative analysis
Assist Marketing Project Manager in preparation and management of project/event timelines, documents & other administrative requirements.
Assist Marketing Project Manager in project budget planning
Work with Marketing Project Manager in project execution phrase and ensure the key deliverables along with the project plan
Ensure the internal and external policies and regulations is applied during daily work including payment instruction, business approval, information sharing, etc
Monitoring and tracking of project budget, and prepare payment instruction when required
Prepare docs for monthly reports and meetings, and keep relevant records
Management of filing of project documents
Other departmental administrative work as required by Project Manager or Head of Strategy, Marketing and Communication China
Establish and maintain the relationship with the internal stakeholders as well as regulators and vendors, etc

Experience/ Qualifications
Completed qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics
Equivalent knowledge of banking industry and the regulations and practice related
Substantial experience in project/event management and co-ordination (including budget, planning, execution, communication)
Advanced level of numeracy
Demonstrated interpersonal communication and relationship management with internal & external stakeholders
Skills in project documentation preparation, e.g. word process, PPT skills
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and handle pressure
Meticulous attention to detail
Enthusiasm & Creativity
Dynamic & achievement driven
Advanced oral and written skill in Mandarin & English
Team spirit
