· Manage IT infrastructure and security projects including but not limited to new office setup, performance improvement, infra upgrade and consolidation, server room & datacenter buildup, security initiatives, etc.,

· Project initiation, including as-is/to-be analysis, benefit estimation, scope definition, technical solution proposing and facilitation, project organizing and cost estimation

· Propose infra solutions within the architecture demand.

· Define the project plan, manage the project budget and following-up for execution

· Monitor the project progress, provide the status update

· Manage the changes within the project

· Provide support for IT infrastructure landscape design and budget planning

· Manage IT assets and lead desktop support team.

EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE 教育背景及工作经验：

· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science and technology

· >= 5 years’ infra project management or relevant technology experience required

· Hands-on experience in telecommunications/network (data and voice) as well as other Infrastructure areas (desktop, server platform, firewall, router, switch, AP, database, cloud computing, datacenter, facility).

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

· Self-motivated and drive the project forward with little supervision.

· Hands on experience of Project Lifecycle and Project Planning Techniques.

· Formal project management training desirable, PMP certification is preferred.

· Solid understanding of project management methodology, PMP certificate

· Vendor management capability
