You will be responsible for maintaining a custom MRP system and also a master data “gatekeeper” for 2 locations within greater China.

Your primary responsibilities are:

1. Material Planning

• Run material requirement planning (MRP) , analyse MRP result and confirm requirement for purchasing.

• Expedites and ensure delivery of critical materials to meet Production, Project and AFS requirement.

1. Inventory Control

• Daily checked the new requirements and coordinate with the requisitioners to change the ones for the project returned stock re-use.

• Analyse and set up safety stock for the materials required by Project and AFS against the forecast or history data.

• Yearly review the materials maintained safety stock and adjust the safety stock setting.

1. Material Data Steward

• In charge of the parameters set-up/maintained for MRP view of all materials.

• Make final approval for material applications in Master Data Management System (MDMS) and upload material applications into SAP via LSMW

• Maintain material master in SAP (Extending materials to additional plants storage locations, Modifying texts like material text, purchase text, sales text, Blocking / Unblocking materials)

Profile

• University degree

• You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience of working in data management.

• Experience in SAP is required.

• You must be a team player, with excellent communication skills, the power to convince people and challenge the status-quo.

• You will have a high working proficiency in Microsoft applications, with a keen eye for detail and good analytical skills.

• You have the ability to prioritize your tasks and the tasks of your team to the needs of the business.

• Ability to communicate in English
