· Complete the audit and release of BU salary, to ensure timely and correctly payment of BU salary according to company policy

    

· Completed the collection, statistics and analysis of salary data according to management requirements

· Audit BU salary and timely find out the problems of BU salary

    

· Coach and support the implementation of BU C&B work

    

· Collection, statistics and analysis of salary data

    

· Support on C&B process and prepare HR related reports according to management requirements

    

· Assist C&B SSC leader on various C&B programs: including personnel cost budget, employees salary benchmark & analysis, annual performance appraisal, HR system updated etc.

    

· Involve in personnel cost analysis and forecasting.

    

· Other duties assigned by the superior managers

· Knowledge of necessary basic HR function.

    

· Familiar with all kinds of C&B related policy and laws

· Strong skill in Excel

    

· Good numerical sense and analytical skill

    

· Good verbal and written communication, confident, clear and concise, good listener

    

· Good work ethics and Integrity

    

· Bachelor's degree or above in HR or business related studies (HR, finance, business management, economics, etc.)

    

· More than 2 years C&B working experience

        

· Experience with HRM system is preferred
