Work with strong entrepreneurship for product marketing training activities to accelerate GCN employees' product marketing knowledge level, focusing on sales teams, to achieve sustainable growth of company business.

Key Accountabilities

• Define product knowledge profile for different GCN teams/functions;

• Conducting training/workshop/seminar/webinar and other possible means to include but not limited to:

    

1. Company strategies in product perspective;

2. Products features and benefit trainings;

3. Sales tools and supporting measures, processes related to sales activities;

      

• Develop annual product training plan in consideration of product strategies, product marketing plan, training needs from different teams and employee competence development wherever applicable;

• Major driver to implement annual product training plan;

• Support HQ trainers with product training (PT) for content localization in GCN ;

• Standardization on product training process, including enrol/registration process, participants qualification mechanism, training program result evaluation, Train-the-Trainer etc.;

• Design & Maintain product training materials and instruments;

• Advisor to HR for product training plan;

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (Mechatronics is preferred)

• Over 5 years' relevant business experience, at least 3 years working experience in automation industry

  

• Technical/application background in similar industry is preferred

• Firm knowledge about automation system (PLC & fieldbus experience is highly preferred);

• Flexible and capable to learn, understand, present electric & pneumatic system;

• Able to make basic data analysis on training results;

        

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and in Chinese

 

• Flexible on travelling/overtime
