Job Summary:

Responsible for M&R, CAPEX implementation and continuous improvement for equipment and processing in 3 sites;

Responsibilities:

1. Set up monthly and yearly preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and building, implement according to the schedule;
2. Develop procedures for maintenance and keep records comply with AIB and key customer's requirement;
3. Maintain all equipment at good conditions to reduce downtime;
4. Promote TPM in all factories;
5. Train maintenance team and implement hygienic maintenance to comply with GMP's requirements and prevent cross contamination;
6. Do safety assessment for all equipment to prevent any working accident caused by operating and maintenance;
7. Develop CAPEX and implement it to achieve target on safety, efficiency and cost saving;
8. Conduct project scheduling and implementation to expand current businesss ;
9. Conduct continuous improvement for the equipment and processing ;
10. Control the cost for maintenance and project to meet the budget ;
11. Act as a member of HACCP team to review all processing to comply with HACCP's requirement ;
12. Manage and develop the maintenance team;

Qualification:
1. 10 years' Working experience in engineering related with around 3 years as plant engineering manager or maintenance manager ;
2. Strong mechanical engineering and processing background.
3. Good communication skills;
4. English workable.
5. Knowledge of safety management systems;
