Objective of Job:
? Support vehicle packaging program development, integration, and validation for China and/or other APO regions
? Develop and validate vehicle packaging design
? Support BUX China homologation projects to ensure the successful vehicle launch in China market
Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? High proficiency in English
? Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
? Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Understanding of interior vehicle components and systems
? Able to develop and implement design improvements
? Experience with vehicle packaging design
? Experience with Unigraphics or Catia software
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
? Effectively manage multiple projects and work with team members
? Able to take the lead, set targets, and deliver on time
Experience and education
? B.S. or Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
? 3+ years' experience in automotive packaging testing and integration
Personal Traits
? Hardworking, self-motivated, organized, dedicated, fast learner
