职位描述：

1、 负责本部门进行人员招聘工作，包括网上发布信息、面试沟通谈判与筛选备案等；

2、负责公司做好员工的日常人事管理工作如选人、用人、留人，如考勤统计、档案管理等；

3、组织 配合各部门的新员工培训，日常做好人员心理沟通并做好员工的绩效考核；

4、做好本季本月的招聘计划，对公司人员架构合理的安排与储备；

5、对行政人员的工资核算，员工社保的增减网络登记。

行政方面：

1、 负责公司领导进行日常行政管理工作，建立办公室有效的行政管理制度，并监督执行；

2、 对本部工任来访人员接待、收发快递、包裹等的统计与工作管理，办公用品/办公设备管理：负责办公室用品、低值易耗品、办公设备的采购、登记发放工作；

3、 环境卫生管理：负责办公室内部办公秩序和环境卫生绿化的监督管理工作；

4、负责公司的证照年检变更等工作；

5、 负责管理层、客户、员工生日会/生日礼物组织安排；假日员工福利、办公用品的采购管理；负责交纳公司办公室及租住公寓各项费用缴纳及管理工作。

任职要求：

1、具有大专及以上学历，行政、人力资源管理专业且有两年以上相关工作经验优先；

2、做事客观、严谨负责、踏实，敬业，人品正直；

3、具有很强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力以及高度的团队精神，责任心强；

4、熟练操作电脑等办公设备，具备基本的网络知识。
