职责描述：

1、 遵守公司的销售政策和策略，完成团队的销售业绩指标；

2、 根据公司发展战略及销售目标，开发新的目标客户及维护好现有的客户群体；

3、 负责了解客户需求，提高客户满意度，建立长期、良好、稳固的企业客户关系；

4、 帮助和指导团队成员，提高个人产能及技能的提升；

5、 梳理及整理团队的销售数据，定期汇总提交；

6、 做好团队管理，加强团队的凝聚力及团队协作能力；

7、 完成上级安排的其他事务性工作。

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历；

- 工作热情主动，具有出色地表达能力和沟通技巧，能够主动探索新渠道、新资源；

- 做事有条理，有良好的计划性和强烈的时间观念，能承担工作压力；

- 富有激情，善于学习，具备敏锐的观察能力，能够及时发现问题并给出合适的解决方案建议，有较强的应变能力和理解能力，富有责任心和团队精神；
