岗位职责：

1、负责公司行政内勤工作的总览，包括总务工作制度的修订和推行，团队员工日常管理；

2、公司设施设备及办公用品的管控，包括：保修保养、供应商选择、物品需求征集及采购、成本控制；

3、公司车辆管理，包括车辆使用、定期保养、维修的安排等；

4、公司员工餐厅管理；

7、公司月度例会、年会、商务等各类会议的筹备和执行；

要求：

1、 大专以上学历，专业不限、28-38岁，性别、户籍不限；

2、 具备五年以上公司总务、行政内勤相关工作经验，以及2年以上团队管理经验；

3、 能够熟练使用办公软件及办公设备，能简单处理办公设备故障；

4、 具备良好的领导能力、学习能力和指导能力 ；

5、 有高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作热情，耐心细致地处理工作，积极乐观 ；

6、 具备较强的责任感奉献精神，具备优秀的人际沟通技巧，较强的组织协调能力、团队协作能力和分析能力。
