POSITION TITLE:

Assistant Sports Marketing Manager

BUSINESS AREA /COMPANY/ DEPARTMENT:

Amer Sports China

LOCATION:

Shanghai, China

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

? Develop community partners in related sports area like climbing\trail running\tennis etc.

? Build long-term communities mechanism base on brands strategy and business demands.

? Support Sports Marketing Manager to encourage, manage, control and enhance community activity in different cities of China. Maintain authentic spirit of sports in community.

? Work with multi sports communities, includes product seeding, project co-operation and integration with digital returns.

? Deliver pinnacle stories in sports\races, join in brand events or external races with elites and community partners.

? Support Sports Marketing Manager to utilize sports assets and grass roots events to associate with brands and products.

? Marketing product management depends on campaign and routine works

? Reporting marketing performance to Senior Management and Executives

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

? Strong in one or two sports like trail running, ski, climbing, diving, triathlon etc.

? Strong intention live with our brands: Arc’teryx\Wilson\Salomon\Suunto\Atomic etc.

? Personal connection in sports industry with athletes, association, KOL, community etc.

? Strong Marketing background with knowledge on campaign\assets creative and delivery.

? Experience in event planning, execution & results tracking, integrated ability with digital.

? Fluent English speaking and writing; Basic Excel and PowerPoint skill is a must.

DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:

? 5 year above working experience in marketing is necessary

? Deep understanding of consumer in different sports areas is preferred

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor’s degree or above
