岗位职责：

1、根据公司各业务条线及各部门发展需求，拓展招聘渠道、引进优质人才；

2、根据公司战略和各部门架构实施编制管理、招聘管理、人才管理、绩效考核、员工培训、员工关系等相关工作；

3、紧密结合业务规划及发展阶段，发现公司各业务条线及各部门人那里资源管理优化需求，提供高效解决方案，促进业务发展；

4、协助企业文化建设及宣导，开展企业文化活动提升员工凝聚力；

5、人力资源相关管理制度与流程，组织、协调、监督制度、流程的执行；

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理或管理类相关专业优先；

2、5年及以上大型规范企业HR从业经验，有工程类公司的招聘、培训、组织发展方面的工作经验者优先；

3、具有良好的方案设计能力、执行能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、口头及公文写作能力；

4、善于学习思考、能在高效高质地完成工作的基础上能够主动不断改进工作和提升自我。
