IT Service Delivery Manager (CHI-305)

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

The British Council China is looking to hire an IT Service Delivery Manager. This role is to manage the service delivery projects for Computer Based tests & national digital projects in each region of China and to ensure the quality of project delivery.

You will be contributing to the service strategy of delivering computer based tests and digital projects throughout the nation and also manage the design, development and delivery of computer based tests and national digital projects.

岗位要求 Job Requirements

To be able to qualify for this role, you will need to have English C1 (Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent), Chinese C1 (or HSK 5) with at least two years in the IT industry and experienced in managing a team. It will be advantageous too that you possess a Certification of ISO27001 /ITIL / PRINCE2(PMP).

British Council China

The British Council has had a presence in China since 1943, and since 1979 we have been operating as the Culture and Education Section of the British Embassy and Consulate-Generals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing. We also opened our first English centre in Mainland China in September 2017, based in Nanjing.
