职位描述
岗位职责：
1、与客户沟通设计要求，与甲方协调工作进度，与甲方保持友好关系，维护企业品牌声望；
2、制定、跟进项目进度，制定出图计划，把控出图时间节点，熟知人员工作效率，做好各阶段人工（软装与硬装）安排，做好软装和硬装设计全程的管理与配合，进行项目成员的工作考评；
3、做好阶段汇报工作中的文书往来记录工作，做好现场跟进，提早发现并主动解决问题；
4、负责编制项目实施计划并与成本部对接预算，推动项目的实施及全程管理；
5、熟悉软装陈设工艺，负责硬装团队的技术把关；
任职要求：
1、项目管理、建筑设计、室内艺术等相关专业，本科以上学历，条件优异者可适当放宽；
2、商业室内设计从业经验8年以上，熟悉五星级酒店室内设计标准，有五星级酒店、高端样板房售楼处、高端商业综合体等项目经验者优先；
3、熟练使用室内设计相关的常用软件，有较强的出图规范意识，CAD技能较好；
4、熟悉室内设计工作的规范和流程，以及各项工作配合节点；
5、具有良好的表达、沟通、协调和应变能力；思维敏捷，有创新意识，有技术钻研精神，有独立设计方案的能力，工作认真，富有责任感，富有亲和力，良好的团队意识，学习能力强，能承受工作压力；
