1、 美术、平面设计、广告等相关专业；
2、 熟练Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver等相关软件的应用, 精通手写html,CSS样式，
能够使用CSS搭建符合XHTML标准的页面尤佳；
3、 具有美术设计功底,对网站的结构、色彩感觉良好，能很好的把握网页的整体风格。
4、 积极肯干，吃苦耐劳；具有创新精神及团队协作精神；
5、 责任心强，有团队合作精神，有良好的沟通能力；服从管理，为人正直诚信，适应力强，并能承受很强的工作压力；
6、 参与开发过大型网站项目或客户端软件的界面设计优先考虑；
7、 需提交成熟作品(url)。
