岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. To deal with /manage all daily import and export business of HCCC and ensure all the shpt can be in/out smoothly and successfully. (Mainly for sample/equipment import and export)

2. To well manage all LSPs (including international trans., domestic trans. Customs broker...)

3. To standardize logistics procedure /processing

4. To keep on outbound logistics optimization job aiming to improve efficiency and save the cost.

5. To support logistics cost calculation and verification.

6. Responsible for logistics quality job, manage and follow up logistics claims.

7. To support logistics audit.

8. Responsible for department admin job.

9. Responsible for BOOST/LION/SG&A project (saving project)

10. To assist logistics manager to do some statistic job, report, PPT and so on.

1. 负责HCCC进出口业务操作和管理，确保进出口顺利

2. 对物流服务商进行管理考核（包括国际，国内运输商和报关行等）

3. 物流流程标准化

4. 出厂物流持续优化工作以提高工作效率和节约成本。

5. 物流成本的计算和核查

6. 负责物流质量相关工作，管理和跟踪物流投诉。

7. 协助物流审核

8. 负责部门行政工作

9. 负责BOOST/LION/ SG&A 项目（ 都是关于节约成本的项目）

10. 协助物流经理做一些统计，报告，PPT等其他工作。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Qualification certificate for college of Higher education, major in logistics will be preferred.

2. More than five years' working experience on import and export handling.

3. Strong willing to develop on accounting field

4. Hard work and proactive

5. Good English on Written and Speaking
