Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with CDC sales team, ISU sales team and supply chainfor national sales planning
• Consolidate and validate commercial related data and analyzefrom different aspects to generate insight
• Identify business opportunities and risks by effectivetools/method to support the decision making of commercial team
• Digital sales platform management including processoptimization, system optimization, progress monitoring and team coordination
• Key commercial project charter set up, project meetingarrangement, project implementation drive, progress follow up and timelyfeedback
• Continuously improve projectmanagement techniques, method, and quality
• Commercial related infosystem set up, input and management

• 1-3 years consulting firm working experiences, or commercial project management experiences
• Working experience in Marketing & Sales function in Consumer GoodsIndustry or Agriculture Industry
• Extensive spread sheet analysis /power point skills
• Ability to communicate to challenge at all level of business
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and result-driven
• Ethical, personal integrity
