工作内容：

跨国德资医药集团因业务增长需求本职能岗位，主要支持招聘顾问开展候选人搜寻、沟通、安排面试等后续协助性工作，会涉及到根据职位要求到相关网站后台搜索候选人，电话沟通，安排面试等辅助性工作，一般岗位以销售代表为主，也有其他公司需要招聘的职位

Collect, research and conduct analysis for sourcing project assigned from different channels, then make recommendation to recruiters or related business manager;

Collect and organize market Intelligence information;

Data management and quality in the Recruiting System- Taleo, also ensure Recruiting Data Accuracy,

Coordinate on interview arrangement and timely feedback to candidates;

Overseen overall recruitment on regional company, from Medical Reps level mainly;

人员要求：

招聘经验优先（包括在猎头公司，或者甲方工作做过招聘辅助工作的，实习的经验也可以接受）、沟通好、能承受压力、好学、英语书面即可，对口语可不做要求

Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree or above is a plus.

Major: Human resources related area or also open to other field

Language skills & proficiency : Workable Command in English both verbal and written

Required professional certificates / licences: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / PPT)

Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):

Over 1 year recruitment experience from either consulting firm or In-House, with strong Service-Oriented Mind-set and influential skills

Detail Oriented with good numerical sense.

Proactive approach in terms of identifying, evaluating and influencing candidates

工作地点：北京市朝阳区新源南路

工作时间: 周一至周五9:00-18:00

参考薪资：税前9-15K，补充医保，员工俱乐部
