职位描述：
1）负责规划、调整、配置Microsoft SQL SERVER 2008R2架构及设置；
2）负责支持数据库应用程序；
3）负责提供windows Server2008R2系统、SQL Server 2008R2系统升级维护
4）负责编写SQL Server 2008R2系统架构、部署配置、变更等相关的有关文件；
5）负责提供SQL Server 2008R2系统的全面备份和灾难恢复计划及实施；
6）负责数据库系统的性能监控、可用性保证及系统性能优化；
7) 负责制定执行系统安全保护和用户访问安全保护策略和机制；
8）负责分析并解决SQL Server 2008R2系统的日志来诊断连接错误、错误代码和问题；
职位要求：
1） 4年以上SQL Server 2008R2系统安装调试维护管理经验及大型网络应用经验及Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2的系统安装调试维护管理经验；
2） 具备丰富的Windows 2003/2008/2008R2 AD、SharePoint server 2007/2010、Exchange Server 2007/2010的知识及管理维护经验, 能够独立完成各项任务；
3） 具备丰富的安装，配置和故障排除SQL Server 2008R2系统的知识及经验
4） 快速故障诊断的知识、故障排除能力和经验；
5） 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧；
6） 熟练的英语听说读写的能力；
7） 计算机及相关专业本科以上学历优先。
