岗位职责：

1、负责目标客户的开拓与维护，参与制定公司销售政策、销售计划，完成销售指标，及时收集并反馈市场信息；

2、通过培训和管理推动团队整体的发展，带领团队完成公司分配的销售任务；

3、为客户提供专业服务，包括了解客户需求、回复客户查询并推荐媒体、演示、面对面销售、报价、谈判、签约等；

4、完成公司和本部门安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，专业不限；

2、3年以上广告或大型传媒公司相关工作经验；

3、熟悉全国各类媒体，具备媒体专业知识，了解4A公司运作模式

4、具有良好的应变能力、团队协作能力和沟通协调能力，和提案能力；

5、有良好的价值观，正直乐观，责任心强，愿意分享，具备强烈的上进心、工作积极主动。
