Position details:

Part time job

Student age range: 3-6 years old

Class size: 4-6 students

Lesson length: 45 minutes per lesson, 2 lessons each time

Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher

Compensation:

Net pay RMB 350/per class, at least 2 classes each time

Payment: Paid on the day when the class is delivered

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for native English-speaking teachers have a strong work ethic, be nurturing, student focused and patient. Knowledge of child development and the stages of growth of young children.

The teacher will need to develop his/her own lessons. The lessons should be able to be delivered by series or independent topics; the style should be fun; and result should be visible (e.g. student able to say short sentences or words when the lesson is done).

Degree: BA or equivalent in education or the social sciences

Experience: 2 years’ experience either in teaching or in group care of young children

Certificate: TESOL / TEFL / TKT, etc.
