Responsibilities:

As the key interfaces with Global product strategy and marketing team in Budgeting, Pricing, Market Research/Business Intelligence, and Marketing / Customer Program Analysis.

?Provide market intelligence and customer insight to get a more in-depth understanding of crop, channel, farmer and regional competition with different businesses models

?Develop and optimize price strategy through process control and variance analysis

?Key interface with Global Business intelligence and Marketing research team

?Track and measure business performance, especially key products, key segments and key areas

?Department annual plan tracking and reporting

Requirements:

?Marketing (5Y+) and Commercial project management experience in agriculture industry

?Bachelor Degree and MBA is a plus

?Strong leadership and managerial skills, strategic thinking, good analytical abilities, good communicator and able to work well cross-functionally. Training, coaching and facilitation skills.

?Understands market dynamics, competitive environment, customer needs, and channel dynamics

?Able to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels, opportunities and competition

?Highly motivated, good initiative, and have positive attitude
