职位描述

Role Purpose:

The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for the design and delivery of development initiatives and programmes in the APAC region. Successful candidates should have experience in instructional design, strong facilitation skills and implementing learning programs. Ideally they would also have some experience of working with Learning Management Systems.

The role will report to Arm China HRVP and will have responsibility for leadership and management development and all other training needs for the APAC region.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term training and leadership development strategies and solutions aligned to company and business needs.
  • Lead culture transition and landing via systematic organization development.
  • Manage, execute and update existing training programs, such as professional soft skill training, technical sharing, leadership development program and etc..
  • Conduct needs assessment/instruction analysis to ensure training plans meet business’ goals and objectives.
  • Address individual training requirements of employees through needs analysis, industry research, vendor recommendations, etc.
  • Measure and report on program outcomes and change in learning behaviors to determine the effectiveness of Learning and Development solutions.
  • Develop, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Work closely with Arm global Learning & Development team to ensure that trainings in the region are consistent and coordinated with global initiatives, at the same time, to ensure that training meet regional specific needs
  • Track and manage budget expenditure
  • Implement the training plan including detailed logistics and arrangements
  • Ensure all training records are maintained accurately
  • Respond to training request in RT system

Skills & Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years’ of experience of increasing responsibility in Learning and Development.
  • Professional Degree in Human Resources, OD, education or related field preferred
  • Excellent management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a high impact, fast paced, results oriented work environment
  • Ability to think strategically with regards to programme design and impact of organizational goals
  • Ability to manage both strategically and tactically with an ability to adjust in light of change
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced communication skills in all forms
  • Strong culture awareness, can work effectively in different cultures
