Job Responsibilities:

·         To propose the price of the contract and get business approval;

·         To initial the FMC contract and other contract required from enabling unites;

·         To lead and track on the internal process(SDAR/VFAR)  of contract review and ensure the smooth flow down;

·         To complete the process within 10 working days;

·         To update finance team the revenue share timely according signed contract;

·         To respond the documentation of all contracts (physical &digital), upload in DMS system;

·         To respond the queries related to contract and other relevant documents

·         No A  audit finding in the regions (achieved) nor B finding (over-achieved) in the regions;

·         To complete task as per guidance given by manager within timeliness;

Qualification：

·         Education: Minimum: Bachelor in legal or business administration or any other Equivalent Degree

·         Experience: at least 5 years’ experience in document control experience

·         Knowledge & Key Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft office

·         Certificate: accounting related certificate

·         Fluent oral and written English
