Position Summary:
This position be responsible for all aspects of the controlling and management reporting function across

North Region. Working closely with North Region MD, North Region Finance Manager and various Controlling

colleagues, willdevelop further the controller function and management reporting to HQs Germany as well

Regional Headquarters in Singapore. Main task will be business analysis, investment analysis for new

business initiatives, budgeting and forecasting as well as quality assurance within the responsibility.


Job Responsibilities:
1.Result, Product and Business analysis incl. deviation analysis, development of action plans in

cooperation with the operational management, follow-up analysis;
2.Managing and monitoring the yearly budget and planning process, preparing forecasts and management

reporting to German HQs;
3.Investment analysis-preparation for investment approval (capex, new business initiatives), post

investment controlling;
4.Ongoing Economic-Value-Added analysis;
5.Drive internal control initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as working

with senior executives and finance managers to support corporate planning;
6.Assisting MD for presentations if any - business review, regional meetings;
7.Assisting and monitoring of implementation of HQs Germany guidelines as well as Regional HQs guidelines;
8.Any other ad hoc assignments by the GCN Controlling Manager, MD or CFO.


Job Requirements:
1.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a controlling department of an MNC, focusing on the areas of planning & budgeting,

reporting and analysis;
2.Experience in a public-listed company or international firm is preferred;
3.Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or similar is required;
4.High send of responsibility; excellent logical thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills; good

business sense; able to exercise judgment, work
under pressure and communicate effectively and work well in a team environment;
5.Sound knowledge of IFRS is preferred;
6.Experience in SAP FI/CO is preferred.
