Responsibilities

- Providing financial industry clients with total solutions and  IT consulting services related to compliance management and Related Transaction  management, including Compliance Management / Related Transaction Management  System Planning and related information system design

- Assess financial  industry compliance risks. Assist customers in optimizing compliance management  / Related Transaction management according to internal and external  regulations

- Assist customers in the evaluation and optimization of  compliance management systems based on customer needs  

Qualifications 

- Bachelor or above degree in  Law, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management and Statistics is  preferred

- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in compliance and related  management system in the financial industry

- Qualifications such as CPA,  ACCA, CIA, CICS, and qualifications in the Legal areas are a plus

- Familiar  with the regulatory environment in the financial industry

- Experience in  related party transaction management related information system is  preferred

- Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and excellent verbal /  written communication skills

-  具有CPA，ACCA，CIA，CICS，法律专业资格证书等相关资质优先考虑

- 熟悉国内外金融行业监管规则

-  熟悉国内外关联交易监管规则并具备系统化建设经验优先考虑

- 学习能力强，逻辑思维能力强，良好的口头 / 书面沟通能力
