职位描述
法务主管（诉讼纠纷）—有律师经验优先
工作职责：
1、负责集团诉讼案件管理:外聘律师的管理，参与诉讼案件的处理、协助和指导各分公司处理诉讼案件；
2、劳动用工管理：劳动合同纠纷的咨询与处理，员工处罚的审核、组织合议等；
3、日常法律咨询：提供专业的建议与解决方案，协助进行法律评估；协助谈判；
4、法律培训与宣导：总结法律经验教训、提供法律培训。
职位要求：
1、具有国内外知名院校全日制法学专业本科学历，持有法律执业资格证书；
2、具有法院、检察院、律师事务所等相关法律工作经验的优先；
3、熟悉法律规定，特别是区域法律法规；
4、具有律所或企业法务实务经验，熟悉案件诉讼流程；
5、熟练掌握Word、PPT等常用办公软件操作。
