Customer Service Manager客服经理-熟订单管理，制造业背景优先

Job Description:

Liaise with customer & different internal dept independently to meet customer needs

Assist BU Director to lead the Customer Service team

Order processing, forecast handling, order re-schedules, shipment arrangement;

Handle customer complaints, coordinate with Quality & Eng. dept for RMA;

Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey;

Generate/Review dept reports (Open order, Booking, Billing, OTD, RMA etc) on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis; ensure report correctness

Assist manager in monitoring day to day operations; and in consolidating billing/forecast information for further analysis

Review working procedures & provide suggestions to improve effectiveness

Coaching new staff;

Complete appointed job given by superiors at the right time and with good quality.

Working experience and skill:

Good communication skill with both external & internal groups

University graduate preferred

over 4 years working experience (with proven supervisory experience) preferably in manufacturing company

Independent, detail-oriented, strong sense of customer service, good command of English, basic computer knowledge.
