职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责制程质量控制，并负责现场QC技术员及检测员的KPI绩效管理；
2. 负责通过制程数据的统计和分析进行品质异常解析；
3. 负责制程质量控制管理，对过程产品异常及时分析和处理；
4. 监控并指导质量控制，分析质量异常，推动各部门进行质量改善；
5. 协调CQE进行产品（不合格品）的处理，追踪及改善；
6. 负责相关专案改善。
任职要求：
1. 本专及以上学历，至少3年以上现场质量管理经验，具备较强的管理能力；
2. 熟悉工厂管理，熟悉团队建设及绩效管理，EMS电子行业、汽车行业或印刷等行业优先考虑；
3. 熟悉工厂生产流程及质量控制的过程方法；
4. 熟练应用管理手法，精益生产管理及6sigma系列工具及PPAP，SPC，MSA等；
5. 能够有效推动6sigma，全员参与品质改善；
6. 擅于数据分析，特别是SPC&MSA；
7. 英文听说读写熟练。
