集团法律事务部：高级经理/高级法务主任-有企业法务经验，熟诉讼/纠纷管理优先

工作职责：

1. 草拟、审核、修改、归档管理各类合同及法律文书，确保其合法并最大限度保护公司权益；

2. 负责解答业务部门的法律咨询，检查公司的运作流程，规避法律风险；

3. 对业务部门人员进行法律知识培训；

4. 参与重要商务谈判，为企业经营管理决策提供法律意见和建议；

5. 参与起草、审核公司重要的规章制度，为公司内部各项制度的建立提供法律支持；

6. 应付突发的法律纠纷、诉讼和其他法律事务；

7. 擅长诉讼、纠纷经验优先考虑。

任职资格：

1. 全日制正规院校毕业，法律专业，本科以上学历；

2. 三年以上法律工作经验，熟悉公司法、合同法、劳动法及民法等相关法律法规，有快速消费品行业诉讼经验者优先；

3. 通过律师资格或者国家司法考试，具备律师或者法律职业资格；

4. 可熟练操作计算机，熟悉各种办公软件；

5. 熟练的英语口语及写作能力，精通中英文版权合同的审核和起草；

6. 能够承担工作压力，适应能力强；

7. 工作效率高，工作勤奋、认真负责、开朗乐观；

8. 具备良好的沟通能力，表达能力和团队合作精神。
