Sr. HR Supervisor/高级人事主管-招聘与员工关系

工作职责：

1. 根据公司发展及用人需求制定招聘计划，开拓、维护招聘渠道，组织实施招聘计划；

2. 通过各类招聘渠道对现有空缺职位进行人员填补；

3. 组织实施公司内部竞聘，完善内部竞聘流程；

4. 建立健全人才储备信息库及岗位面试题库，完善招聘管理制度及流程体系；

5. 人才测评及招聘渠道优化，持续提高公司招聘效率和降低用工成本；

6. 绩效考核和绩效评估，双向促进公司和个人绩效的整体提升；

7. 不断建立并更新各项人力资源政策及制度，评估其适用性和潜在风险，确保政策的合规性。

8. 负责与离职及外调人员的离职面谈并备案人员信息；

9. 组织留才计划的实施，协助参与雇主品牌建设。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 5年或以上的人力资源相关工作经验，有大型外企工作背景，人力资源基本功扎实；

3. 擅长招聘及员工关系，有劳资纠纷处理经验，能协助公司法律风险防范；

4. 普通话流利，有英文基础为佳；

5. 沟通能力强，亲和力佳。
