Assistant Sourcing Manager-Media buy 市场部媒介采购助理经理

职责需求：

1. 进行公司品牌战略规划及媒介购买工作，并负责媒介策划策略分析，包括媒介目标、媒介投放区域、媒介预算、媒介选择、媒介投放时期等分析及确定；
2. 制定媒介基础分析报告，包括传播形态的变化，媒体特性，行业资讯，竞争对手品牌的传播策略和状况分析等；
3. 评估媒体投放效果，调整投放计划，达到品类投放要求，协助制定年度、季度、月度广告策略；
4. 负责媒介活动策划，策划与热点和品牌相关的活动及内容并进行传播；
5. 负责媒体资源整合，与各大媒体进行策划沟通、合作洽谈,与媒体保持有效沟通，建立长期稳定的合作关系。

任职要求：

1. 2年以上媒介或市场公关活动经验，具备知名品牌公司经验优先；
2. 具有丰富的媒介资源和行业人脉；
3. 有一定媒体策划能力和内容编写能力以及活动策划能力；
4. 具有强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神。
