建筑工程采购高级主管

工作职责：

1. 负责公司工程类（装修工程、办公楼设计、后期维修）及行政各类项目的招标、询价、谈判、采购；
2. 负责与供应商进行采购合同及协议的签订与实施，确认及跟踪采购订单；
3. 负责及时协调解决采购服务、生产使用、客户服务过程中所产生的供货及质量问题；
4. 对负责的采购类别管理及业务规划，能从业务角度进行流程、供应商管理优化意见及方案；
5. 制定并完善采购制度和采购流程，制订各项物品的采购标准，并严格执行；
6. 根据采购管理程序，签订采购合同，检查合同的执行和落实情况。

职位要求：

1. 统招全日制本科以上学历，熟悉建筑类工程采购流程；
2. 熟悉采购流程，掌握供应商管理、招投标管理、合同管理知识；
3. 丰富的装修工程及行政采购行业经验，以办公用品、耗材、室内装潢、办公楼设计项目等为主；
4. 具备优秀的语言表达及沟通能力、协调能力、亲和力和敏锐的洞察能力及分析判断能力；
5. 熟悉各类办公软件，具备较好的执行力者优先。
