The PC GBU TCE and Quality organization is founded on the basic principles of Quality, and as a quality organization we're in the business of making data-driven decisions that influence Product Design & Reliability in effort to deliver a higher quality product with a better customer experience.

We are now seeking an exceptional candidate to assume the position of Quality Assurance Program Manager. This role is crucial to enabling our Vision of Industry Leading Quality by ensuring that quality and reliability is treated with the appropriate priority through partnerships with development, commodity, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and Launch a QA program by working with the system team to develop critical to quality criteria for each phase that will be managed and executed by the core team QA representative

· Become a key member of the product core teams by providing valuable technical insight and direction regarding quality and reliability

· Actively seek out and ensure test plans are defined and executed to assure AIR, DEFOA, and customer loyalty targets, provide gap analysis for anything NUD (new, unique, difficult)

· Direct team members in the execution of QA plan including phase exit reviews, sub supplier quality control, identification and communication of cosmetic criteria, commodity qualification plan improvements

· Lead retrospective reviews to capture lessons learned and improve the next cycle of products

· Provide regular management and executive level communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Engineering

· Demonstrated technical problem solving capability

· Minimum of eight years experience in technical engineering environment

· Proven project/program management skills.

· Highly self directed, able to establish and execute to documented priorities and project plans.

· Ability to work with remote organizations.

· Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity.

· Experience with business processes and associated information management systems.

· Well-developed teamwork and communication skills.

· Strong analytical problem solving skills

· Must be able to travel
