Description
· Lead and manage strategic conversation with ODMs regarding to quality, which includes but not limited to, quality contract, quality goal, quality scorecard, ODM incentive and compensation, Partner Business Review, Quality QBR, Monthly Halo quality review meeting…etc.
· Build quality strategy for ODM you managed by identification of process gap , build clear plan on what to focus, , lead and drive internal and external resources to initiate changes.
· Work with ODM quality executives to foster quality culture in both organization, and identify areas for improvement to raise quality bar continuously.
· Responsible for conducting or participating in multi-disciplinary process quality improvement/reengineering, redesign of processes for implementation of quality processes in every area of the company: engineering, manufacturing, service, administration, etc.
· Develops and leads the Process Improvement Teams (PIT’s) chartered to identify and resolve deficiencies in HP’s business processes.
· Serves as the internal consultant of the business or functional area Quality Leadership Team to coach and provide direction in order to achieve desired business results. Counsels assigned business (es) regarding implementation of Quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training.
· Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, or techniques.
· Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful.
· Provides highly innovative solutions. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.
· Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.
· Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.
· May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Tooling Engineering
